Application :

Press machine mainly used for vulcanize flat rubber belt ( such as fabric core conveyor belt, steel core conveyor belt, transmission belt, rubber mat, thicker rubber sheet ), complete line we can make .

1.Press type : frame type and pillar type press,

2.Oil cylinder and piston arrangement : both up stroke and down stroke available .

3.Heating medium : steam, oil, electricity

4.Heating plate layers : 1 daylight (1 layer product ), 2 daylight ( 2 layers product )

6.More details about new technology of down stroke press :

6.1 Oil cylinders are arranged above top heating plate with down-stroke design,

6.2 Oil cylinders quantity is more than up-stroke design ( common structure ) press,

6.3 Oil cylinders uniformly distributed on cylinders plate, with uniformed working pressure on heating plate,

6.4 Reasonable hydraulic system design, power capacity is only 1/3 of common up stroke press, which saves operation cost .

6.5 Main press is placed on floor level, instead of under earth with big hole, save civil work cost, and make production area clean .

6.6 Whole production line keep in same level, easy for operation .
