Inner tube curing press is a machine to auto open and close mould to vulcanize tyre inner tube , it heat mold , pressure on mold . it consists of base , transmission system ,beam , cap , control pannel and steam pipes etc .

It is driven by motor , with four connection rod to push mold open and close . during working condition , put the pre-shaped inner tube into mold , tube curing press will start steam heating for mold , and based on production process requirement to continuous heat , press button auto (or manual) to finish mold closing , fill inner pressure , discharge steam and open mold etc actions , finally take out vulcanized inner tube product .
