Application:
It is used for tire industry rubber compound mixing, plasticizing,stock mixing.
Structure features:Chamber inner walls, discharge door, ram, and rotors of internal mixer are cooled by water with large cooling area to satisfy various mixing requirements efficiently.
Rotor bearing is of rolling bearing.
Axial seal of rotor is adopted with hydraulic seal, and with adjustable seal ratio.
Operating of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack tilting hydraulic cylinder and with plate-inserted or crank locking.
The transmission system may adopt a dual-output hardened-gear speed reducer , and used with gear coupling (joint) or the cross universal coupling drive, the transmission system is structured with stationary state , low noise, high efficiency and long-service life.
