This kind of extruder is used for supplying rubber material for calender machine line , with standard feeding head .

Screw : material is 38CrMoAlA , the thickness of nitrogen treatment is 0.5-0.7mm , and the surface hardness is HV950-1000. It is connected with gearbox reducer main shaft by involute spline, cooling water can pass through the inner bore of screw.

Machine barrel section: it mainly consists of pin barrel , feeding zone barrel , feeding device and other parts.

Feeding zone barrel:mainly consists of back end body and lining , with the structure of jacketed cast steel.

A). Back end body:it is made of cast steel,casted with cavity,which circulated cooling water can pass through. There are lining and feeding device in back end body.

B). Lining : material is 38CrMoAlA,with rifle structure . The hardness of inner side surface can reach to HV850-900 after hardening and tempering and surface nitriding treatment , hardness layer thickness 0.5-0.7mm.
