Calender machine is a necessary machine for making conveyor belt in rubber industries , it may have two roll ,three roll or four roll calender , customer may choose different type or model according to their product and technology requirement. Here are some main points for our calender machine :

Calender roll surface type : smooth roll ,surface hardness 68~72HS ,
Calender roll inner structure : hollow roll or drilled roll avaialbe ,
Calender machine Standard arrangement : one motor ,one gearbox reducer ,ratio gear and main rolls(2/3/4 rolls ), rolls are hollow type
Calender special arrangement according to customer request or products tech requirement: 2/3/4 motors ,2/3/4 gearbox reducer ,2/3/4 universal couplings between gearbox reducer and main rolls ,
