Structure description
1.The motor is 3- phase asynchronous motor.
2.Rotor surface of wearing parts and interior cavity of mixing chamber are hard chromium plating or wear-resistant hard alloy. The rotor shaft end is inlaid with alloy ring.
3.Mixing chamber equipped with a thermocouple, operation cabinet equipped with a thermometer, to monitor the mixing chamber temperature.
4. The mixing chamber turn up method is hydraulic type or motor with worm and gear type.
5. The reducer is hardgear reducer.
6.This electric control part use imported PLC control with programmable controller that can make the maintenance and operation more safe and convenient, and other low-voltage electrical appliances, use the advanced production plant at home and abroad products.
7.This machine can realize the manual operation and automatic operation, the main motor adopts star delta starting, through the control of the mixing chamber and material doors and top ram and other facilities, realize the mixing function.
