1.1 Application: Used for mixing the rubber compound, plasticity mixing, master (final) mixing.
1.2 Equipment use environment: altitude < 1000m, the max temperature is 40℃, the min temperature is 5℃, the relative humidity is 95% (max).
1.3 The total distribution power: ~110kW.
1.4 Cooling water: the water temperature is 25±5℃, the water pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.4MPa, the consumption is 15t/h.
1.5 Compressed air: pressure 0.6 ~ 0.8MPa; consumption 80m3/h.

4. Main structure
4.1 Pressure device
4.1.1 pneumatic control the up ram.
4.1.2 The bottom (of the working surface) of the up ram anti-wear alloy layer thickness 5mm.
4.1.3 The piston rod surface with hard chromium plating.
4.2 Feeding device
Consist of a left (right) wallboard, feeding door and cylinder, rear wallboard etc.
4.3 Mixing device
4.3.1 The mixing chamber:
The mixing chamber wall is the drilled structure, go through cooling water, the inner wall (of the mixing chamber) welded the harden, wear-resistant alloy, the alloy layer thickness is 5mm.
4.3.2 The rotor:
Two-wing, the inner cavity can go through the cooling water.
The top position of the peak edge the alloy thickness is 5mm, the other working surface alloy layer thickness is 3mm.
4.4 Discharge device, locking device
4.4.1Go through the cooling water, the contact with the rubber surface is welded wear-resistant alloy, thickness: 3mm.
4.4.2 The locking block
The surface is treated, hard and wear resistant.
4.4.3 The discharge door open angle (when working) is135°. When maintenance, the angle is 180°.
