Application
Used for master batch mixing and final batch mixing of rubber, plastics, and the compounds, it is especially suitable for the rubber that requires high quality of dispersion, and uniformity. Besides, it is suitable for rubber mixing process of silicon in particular.
All of inside wall, discharge door, ram are of drill hole cooling, and rotor is of hollow spray cooling.
Contacting faces with stock such as mixing chamber’s inside wall, discharge door, ram are received hardening treatment.
Adopt PLC communication in operation and control cabinets reduce equipment failure and installation cost.
